We may contact you and invoice for shipping differences if the website undercharges.

We offer ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout. If you opt of out the package insurance we will not replace a damaged or missing package. Order without insurance at your own risk.

Absolutely no returns.

No pre-orders with our products. We can not guarantee we will always have stock of what's pre-ordered. 

We forbid our items from being sold on Amazon, EBay, Facebook Marketplace, Buy-In Groups or any other discount app's or sites.

International shipping may receive an invoice for the difference of shipping charge. We are not responsible for any duties or fees.

We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays and all major holidays. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for response.

In the case a refund is processed for something other than a mistake on our hands there is a 2.6% + 30¢ fee. This is what our website hosts charges us regardless of refunding or not. You will be charged this fee even if you place an order and choose to cancel because it does not meet the opening minimum. 

 If we find out you are selling in a buyin group, discount boutique we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time with no notice.
